How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Kivimarkings account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. Alternatively, you can change your shipping address under My account by clicking on Modify Address Book entries.
Who pays for shipping to return the product?
If the product received is found in a damaged condition or if you have received a wrong product only then Kivimarkings will bear the shipping of the returned product. Please instantly return the items to the delivery agent.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition on delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery agent. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9619913738 or email us at kivi@kivimarkings.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back before accepting the same at the time of delivery.
